Probably relatively overrated compared to some other dates, but that is mostly a reflection of how underrated the other years are. Roughly 1 out of 20 Pandas sold online during 2006-2007 was a 1983. Just 4 PCGS/NGC MS-69s have been offered, or just one every six months. Having Pandas certified is becoming more popular, so we should expect to see more specimens in all grades in the future.
